Information Retention

Partner Provided Information

Information made available to us through our partners will follow our partners’ information retention requirements; the exception being that upon termination of the partners’ contract, all information provided by the Partners’ will be deleted from the Service within thirty days.

Information Provided by You

Additional information provided by you to improve your experience with the Service will be retained for the duration of your profile with the Service. For profiles created on your behalf by our Partners’ this will be the duration of our relationship with the Partners’. For a profile created by you independently your information will be retained up to one year after your last use of the Service.

Information Gathered by Us

Information gathered by Us for analytics and administration of the Service will be retained for up to one year and then aggregated and anonymized for historical reporting and retained up to five years.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.
