Sophomore Summit

**Please note: you must interview for the program before attending in June**

Sophomore Summit is a 2-Day career immersion program that provides current Sophomores with the opportunity to learn about Marsh McLennan’s Global Finance organization. Over the course of 2 days at our Midtown Manhattan office, participants will gain exposure to various Global Finance career paths, network and learn from members and leaders of our Finance teams and participate in team building activities. We are excited to offer this Sophomore Summit program to support rising Juniors (graduating May 2026) who are interested in building a career in Global Finance.

Sophomore Summit provides participants the unique opportunity to interview and be selected to join Marsh McLennan’s 2025 Global Finance Summer Internship.
