Sales Lead and Venue Coordinator

Full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead and Venue Coordinator for weddings and Events. Located in East Stroudsburg, PA at The Armory Events. We average 30-50 events per year. The role involves leading sales efforts and coordinating weddings/events on the event day. We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, a passion for weddings and events, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, conducting venue tours, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring seamless event execution.
